Key Responsibilities
- Cook up project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation for population health and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate project meetings, develop agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and milestones while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Cook up executive leadership calendars to support project update meetings and related activities.
- Cook up with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project success.
- Assist with reporting, presentations, metrics tracking, and project logistics.
- Cook up data-driven improvements that enhance population health results and operational effectiveness.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Two (2) years of project coordination or related experience, preferably in healthcare or process improvement environments.
- Two (2) years of experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Waterfall.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar certification preferred.
- Healthcare, population health, or operational improvement experience preferred.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about improving processes and supporting organizational initiatives.
- This position will allow flexibility to work remotely.
