Key Responsibilities
- Auxiliary in scheduling meetings, documentation, and updating project documents.
- Assist in information collection and validations, and prepare status reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and issue jobs within SAP, focusing on the Production/Finance modules.
- Work with various groups within SDGE to schedule them with the pre-construction department.
- Interpret construction sketches and read electrical metering.
- Answer phone calls from customers, project managers, or planners from the pre-construction side.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient job scheduling.
- Provide dynamic problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (report creation, basic formulas, log creation).
- Exposure to SAP, especially in Production/Finance modules.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in construction.
Additional Information
- Three openings available.
- One round of interviews with the host manager and her supervisor.
- The role is 5 days a week onsite at Century Park, Building 2.
- Currently slated for one year, with a potential renewal for an additional year, subject to budget availability.
