Project Coordinator/ Facilities/ Construction
About the role
Perform diverse administrative duties to support the Facilities Management Asset Renewal. Set-up construction project files, maintain files from Pre-Construction through Close-Out. Set-up construction email folders, maintain and respond as needed. Responsible for Asset Renewal email folder. Maintain electronic project documents in MHS V:Drive and Procore, project management software. Perform contract development through execution process. Prepare service requests and work orders for Facilities Management. Preparation of Invitation to Bid for FF&E Projects. Collaborate with vendors from confirmation of bidding through creating the bid comparison sheet to provide Procurement for project award. Generate contracts and purchase orders, input information into Peoplesoft for routing approval. Created a system to establish, generate and maintain Master Agreements for MHS approved preferred vendors. Assist Project Manager as directed in requested tasks daily. Reconcile project costing by maintaining BAR Report. Close contracts and purchase orders for the project as directed by the Project Manager. Schedule and attend meetings and generate/distribute minutes to all project team members. Assist with an 11-month walk-through, creating meeting minutes and maintaining a punch list. Assist with compilation of project closeout information. Responsible for receiving inventory for Purchase Orders. Keep the Project Manager and other team members informed about the administrative status, project status, and any issues that may have an impact on the students and staff.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and project coordination
- Reliable and dependable attendance critical due to project deadlines
- Ability to work onsite in Hershey M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 minutes lunch)
- No remote work allowed
- High integrity and ability to serve as a role model to children
- Willingness to obtain required clearances (Child Abuse, fingerprinting, PA State Police, TB test, and drug test)

$28 - $30 per hour
