About the Role
This position leads and manages the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant, ensuring operational success, compliance, and effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor program operations, staffing, and compliance
- Serve as primary liaison with funders and community partners
- Develop a centralized data system and oversee data collection and reporting
- Supervise administrative staff and data manager activities
- Facilitate communication, teamwork, and a “no wrong door” care approach
- Provide program analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Skills
- Work experience in behavioral health
- Familiarity with grant administration, data management, and team coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to foster collaboration among providers, staff, and community partners
