About the Role

This position leads and manages the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant, ensuring operational success, compliance, and effective implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor program operations, staffing, and compliance
  • Serve as primary liaison with funders and community partners
  • Develop a centralized data system and oversee data collection and reporting
  • Supervise administrative staff and data manager activities
  • Facilitate communication, teamwork, and a “no wrong door” care approach
  • Provide program analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

  • Work experience in behavioral health
