Project Coordinator - Crisis Response

About the role

Oversees the management and implementation of a state-funded Crisis Care System grant, ensuring compliance with all policies, contractual agreements, and training requirements. Serves as the primary liaison with funders and emphasizes effective collaboration with community partners, healthcare providers, and internal teams to improve crisis care services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and supervise staff
• Manage the grant budget
• Develop a “no wrong door” system of care
• Create standardized data systems
• Analyze program data and support data collection and reporting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure as an LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LCPC
• Relevant behavioral health experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Adherence to personal conduct standards
