Project Coordinator
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Engineering Projects and Technology (EP&T) Group for project planning, scheduling, and coordination. You will report to the Capital Manager and be located at Ogden, UT, supporting this role 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase requisitions for the EP&T Group in SAP.
- Track status of PO’s and follow up with vendors on status and getting hands-on parts once delivered.
- Update milestone and detailed project schedules.
- Facilitate creating new schedules for future and potential projects.
- Support communications between departments affecting the project, such as Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality.
- Help with communications between the departments affecting the project.
- Support Project Managers and Project Engineers with sending and receiving submittals for projects.
- Determine initial Preventative Maintenance lists for new equipment.
- Follow up with vendors for invoicing.
- Support Project Managers and Project Engineers to close Change Control Process (CCP) documentation.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- 2+ years of experience is preferred.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree would be nice to have.
- Proficiency using Microsoft tools is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is beneficial.
- Familiarity with working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is essential.
Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year.
