Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy keeping complex projects organized from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while building effective partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Cook up project schedules, timelines, and milestones to keep cross-functional projects on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Enter job orders, create routings for new purchase orders, and maintain accurate project documentation and internal records.
• Maintain a watchful eye on project progress, identify scheduling or resource conflicts, and proactively resolve roadblocks to meet customer commitments.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, program coordination, project management, or a related role is desired.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience using Monday.com or other project management software is preferred.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience is a plus, along with a hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.

Pay

$25+/hour + Bonus. (DOE)
