Project Coordinator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of Project Work Orders, including both self-performed and subcontractor performed projects.
• Duties and reviewing all PWO work to include schedule, deliverable, and coordination.
• Aid in the development of work plans through price estimates for PWO projects.
• Aid with communications between staff and the customer.
• Create and coordinate work schedules with staff, including outage coordination to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements associated with performing construction on the Rock Island Arsenal.
• Aid in the creation of documentation and relay documents to safety and quality staff for review and signature.
• Coordinate schedule and scope changes between the estimating department, the performing organization, and the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
