Core Responsibilities

- Identifies potential project completion delays and acts as the primary liaison for stakeholders.

- Safeguards project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and proper filing.
- Ensures compliance with project objectives and deliverables through regular reviews.
- Organizes and participates in project meetings, preparing necessary presentation materials.
- Records and documents meeting minutes and takes detailed notes during sessions.
- Adheres to University and departmental policies and procedures while safeguarding University assets.
Core Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, along with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities including learning agility, teamwork, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.
