Project Coordinator

About the role

Travoom is hiring a Project Coordinator to strengthen project visibility across travel-technology marketplace, ticketing, content, platform, vendor, customer-support, operations, and data workflows. The position applies project coordination within travel marketplace operations to live work, making accuracy and traceable follow-through more important than superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Coordinator workflow at Travoom by helping the team maintain current task and dependency records.
• Coordinate the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team track owners and due dates.
• Review the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team document decisions and changes.
• Maintain the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team surface blockers before deadlines slip.
• Track the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team prepare concise status updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year.
