Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This role focuses on project visibility, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are clearly separated while executing project coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document project-focused coordination with dependency management, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
• Maintain role documentation with status tracking for project-focused coordination, adhering to a project-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
• Reconcile project tracking with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining clarity and visibility of project progress.
• Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
• Ensure completed work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and decisions reflect the operating environment of the Travel Group Luxembourg network.

Requirements

• Confidently use TGL LU Workflow Context and Project Coordination to support the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a project-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear in the network’s context.
• Use judgment around follow-up, especially when project coordination depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
• Pass the role-specific handoff test, combining deadline management, source verification, and dependency management to ensure work is secure and traceable.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$69,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
