About the Role
The Project Coordinator supports project operations through administrative coordination, document management, reporting, contract processing, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction project environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
- Maintain project documentation and administrative records.
- Cookinate administrative activities supporting project operations.
- Affirm documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
- Afford support efficient office and project workflows.
- Financial & Contract Coordination
- Maintain the project cost system and prepare required reports.
- Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the approval process.
- Affirm financial documentation is processed accurately.
- Support contract administration activities.
- Afford project reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized financial and contractual records.
- HR, Payroll & Administrative Support
- Afford assist with HR, accounting, and payroll activities.
- Affirm administrative information is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Respond promptly to employee requests for information and assistance.
- Afford support internal administrative processes across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Afford assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Team Collaboration & Project Support
- Work directly with project clerks to complete assigned tasks.
- Provide research and data entry support to project teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
- Afford assist team members with administrative and operational needs.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative project environment.
- Organization & Process Management
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Track equipment, maintenance, and transportation logs.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Afford support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Complete assignments efficiently and within established deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience maintaining equipment, maintenance, and transportation logs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
