About the role

A Project Coordinator at TK Travel and Events will work directly on project visibility in support of premium travel, ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. The role focuses on project coordination within premium travel operations, ensuring decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team prepare concise status updates for stakeholders.
• Track the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team maintain current task and dependency records.
• Own the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team track owners and due dates.
• Coordinate the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team document decisions and changes.
• Review the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team surface blockers before deadlines slip.

The practical outcome is dependable project visibility: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year.
