About the Role
This position supports industrial turnaround projects and requires coordination of workforce administration, timekeeping, reporting, and project support activities at the project site.
Responsibilities
- Schedule changes daily for field employees changing job sites/job information
- Coordinate all administrative activities for assigned projects as directed
- Schedule field employees to assigned jobs as required
- Maintain customer purchase orders
- Support operations, purchasing, accounts payable, administrative staff, and corporate accounting
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested
- Collect and maintain site inventory for PPE, materials, and equipment
- Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures
- Provide administrative support to Project Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related work experience in a project-based environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear, including sitting for long periods of time
- Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work
- Rarely required to bend or lift more than 25 lbs
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation
- Must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required
