Project Coordinator

Think Tell Junction is adding a Project Coordinator to its team supporting communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, owners, milestones, deadlines, meeting actions, and status information for work connected to communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, decisions, and follow-up actions across project participants.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and overdue actions and escalate blockers promptly across communications, marketing, and events.
• Organize project documents, requirements, approvals, change records, and supporting files.
• Prepare recurring project status reports and communicate schedule or scope changes clearly.
• Support project managers and team members with planning, coordination, and closeout activities.

Requirements

• Strong organization, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Comfort using project-management, spreadsheet, collaboration, and document-sharing tools.
• Ability to track multiple deadlines, owners, and dependencies accurately.
• Clear meeting-note, follow-up, and status-reporting skills.
• Good judgment about escalating risks, blockers, or missed commitments.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$70,000 - $78,500 per year
