Project Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Program Administrator/Coordinator to support Data Center Operations leadership across multiple regional sites. This individual will play a key role in coordinating programs, maintaining operational reporting, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
Job Duties
- Coordinate program activities across multiple data center locations and serve as a central point of communication for stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, track action items, and support follow-up activities to ensure successful program execution.
- Collect, validate, and maintain operational data, metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
- Manage project documentation, reporting repositories, workflow tracking, and milestone updates.
- Support operational governance processes, issue tracking, escalations, and resolution activities.
- Assist with process improvements and maintain standardized procedures to drive operational efficiency.
- Audit readiness efforts and ensure documentation remains accurate and current.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project administration, operations support, or a similar role.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience supporting data center operations, IT operations, or technical teams.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and operational governance practices.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
