Project Coordinator
Seven Seas Water Group (SSWG) delivers over 20 billion gallons of water annually to industrial, commercial, governmental, municipal, and hospitality customers across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. SSWG designs, builds, owns, and operates water and wastewater treatment plants, optimizing project risk transfer between public and private sectors. With more than 200 facilities, SSWG’s “Water-as-a-Service®” approach addresses global water infrastructure challenges. The group operates two businesses: Seven Seas Water (water treatment and desalination) and AUC Group (decentralized water and wastewater treatment).
About the role
This role supports multiple project activities from initiation to completion, working closely with project managers, construction managers, and field supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities: issuing purchase and change orders, tracking documentation, and receipt of orders for construction projects.
- Set up and maintain a detailed project tracking sheet to monitor progress for each project.
- Communicate with vendors to support Project Manager(s) with production and delivery timeframes for long-term items.
- Utilize Procore for submittal and drawing management, including uploading and tracking task status.
- Assist Project Manager(s) with materials takeoffs, vendor quote requests, bid comparisons, and other preconstruction and project execution activities.
- Compile and prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals, including formatting, printing, and shipping final documents at project end.
- Coordinate deliveries with Project Manager(s), Construction Manager(s), and Field Supervisor(s).
- Escalate project risks, schedule concerns, or procurement challenges to project management as needed.
- Foster teamwork by working cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Behave ethically and ensure alignment with organizational values.
- Communicate effectively in clear, thorough, and timely ways using appropriate tools.
Requirements
- Excellent internal and external communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office required).
Qualifications
- University degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Project Coordination in a similar industry.
- Spanish language skills strongly desired.
