Responsibilities
- Coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage
- Work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward
- Deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces
- Stay organized under pressure and not miss details
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams
- Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing)
- Build and support estimates using industry software
- Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness
- Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files
- Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control
- Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving
Requirements
- 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or GED
