Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
- Daily project(s) oversight including monitoring status, auditing, and work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation
- Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
