Safe Haven Defense US is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Arizona corporate team! The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of security film installation projects. This role requires a blend of project management skills, problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of security film systems, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the installation process. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service are required. This position is considered safety-sensitive because it performs duties in the residential or commercial premises of a customer and may operate a motor vehicle, equipment, machinery, or power tools. This position is an in-person job at our corporate office in north Scottsdale at the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. The job will require 25% travel in work or personal vehicles to jobsites and to our warehouse in North Phoenix. Travel in personal vehicles is supported with mileage reimbursement. Job Responsibilities Project Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their security film requirements and specifications.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, travel plans and budget estimation.Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation requirements and potential challenges. Project Management Verify projects properly documented, contracted and insured prior to installation.Coordinate project activities and manage resources to ensure timely and successful completion of security film installations.Coordinate installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the project.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks that may arise during installation. This includes compliance with any job specific safety or OSHA requirements. Travel to job site locations to monitor progress and performance and ensure quality control metrics are met. This includes post installation inspections and customer engagement. Technical Expertise Possess a deep understanding of Safe Haven Defense, LLC security film products, their specifications, and installation techniques.Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams and troubleshoot any technical issues prior to or during the installation process. Communication And Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate project updates, progress reports, and any changes in plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Reporting Create weekly reports of financial achievements and project completions for Executive Team.Create weekly progress reports of installation activity as directed by Operations leadership. Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management) or equivalent work experience preferred Proven experience in security film installations or related fields preferred.Strong technical knowledge of security film products, their installation, and maintenance preferred.Excellent organizational, leadership, customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and installation work.Travel is required approximately 25% of the time. Job Requirements Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check with motor vehicle report as well as ongoing background checks. Possess or can obtain and maintain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Maintenance of a valid driver license.Successfully pass the 60-day probationary period where all credentials are completed, and orientation metrics are met.
