Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their security film requirements and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, travel plans and budget estimation.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate installation requirements and potential challenges.
• Verify projects are properly documented, contracted, and insured prior to installation.
• Cookordinate project activities and manage resources to ensure timely and successful completion of security film installations.
• Cookordinate installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks that may arise during installation.
• Communicate project updates, progress reports, and any changes in plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Technical Expertise

• Possess a deep understanding of Safe Haven Defense, LLC security film products, their specifications, and installation techniques.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams and troubleshoot any technical issues prior to or during the installation process.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven experience in security film installations or related fields preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of security film products, their installation, and maintenance preferred.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and installation work.

Job Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check with motor vehicle report as well as ongoing background checks.
• Possess or can obtain and maintain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Maintain a valid driver license.
• Successfully pass the 60-day probationary period where all credentials are completed, and orientation metrics are met.
