Responsibilities

• Own the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team surface blockers before deadlines slip.
• Coordinate the Project Coordinator workflow by preparing concise status updates for stakeholders.
• Review the Project Coordinator workflow by maintaining current task and dependency records.
• Maintain the Project Coordinator workflow by tracking owners and due dates.
• Track the Project Coordinator workflow by documenting decisions and changes.
• Ensure remote execution leaves project visibility accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Skills

• Use Timeline Management and Process Documentation confidently in project coordination.
• Apply Dependency Management without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Pay

Base salary: $46,000–$70,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
