Responsibilities
- Aid in project proposal preparation for additional services.
- Assist with onboarding of new project team members.
- Prepare meeting minutes and miscellaneous project correspondence.
- Work with Project Managers to create work plans, manage documents, and manage deliverables.
- Cook, manage food and beverages service, manage meeting locations, coordinate IT/AV needs, etc., for project meetings and events.
- Manage complex calendars for the project executive team.
- Manage office equipment and maintenance, order supplies.
- Coordinate staff members with work assignments, as required.
- Set up and maintain project folders & cloud filing system (SharePoint).
- Maintain and update project directories.
- Coordinate and substitute for Project Data Analysis, when required.
- Aid in monthly invoicing for the project.
- Support and assist with project goals and requirements as outlined in PC contract with the Owner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience on an active large commercial construction project is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company’s auto insurability requirements.
- Mature, responsible, dependable, and accurate individual.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Work well with all types and levels of people, both inside and outside of the firm.
- Persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.
- Work well without close supervision.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and work with cloud-based construction software preferred.
- Able to proof/edit self-generated documents for accuracy.

- Frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and talk or hear.
- Sometimes stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Sometimes lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Other
The noise level for this position is quiet (private office, etc.). This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
