Project Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect weekly Union & Admin timesheets from the field
- Utilize electronic time capture software to process payroll & Equipment time (Keystyle)
- Process makeup and layoff checks
- Apply knowledge of Union contracts to correctly allocate hours and benefits
- Track per diem allocations for Labor Compliance group
- Purchase Order Tracking/ Validation
- Sort, scan and file timesheets, purchase orders and field tags
- Code, approve and log third party invoices
- Process new hire paperwork
- Conduct weekly job audits
- Review and approving invoices in AP software (pVault)
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in the Utilities construction industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Very proficient computer skills using MS Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
- Works well under pressure, responds appropriately to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-Oriented.
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Able to vary working hours from 40 to 60 hours/week depending on project schedule.
- Able to travel to job sites as needed.

Pay
$28.00-36.00/hour (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
