About the role
PerLuxe Travels is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance project visibility across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. This role focuses on project coordination within premium travel research, ensuring decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain the Project Coordinator workflow by helping the team keep current task and dependency records.
- Track owners and due dates to ensure accountability within the workflow.
- Document decisions and changes to maintain clarity and traceability.
- Surface blockers before deadlines slip to prevent project delays.
- Coordinate concise status updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Skills
- Use Escalation Management and Premium Travel Research confidently in project coordination.
- Apply Stakeholder Coordination without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Ensure Document Quality Control decisions are clear enough for teammates to follow.
- Exercise sound judgment in Action Tracking, especially when escalation is required.
Quality Standard
The role is successful when project visibility becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified before they impact customers, partners, or teammates. This is measured through effective project coordination within premium travel research.
Role Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is considered complete only when project coordination ensures visibility is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$58,000 per year.
