About the role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project workflow from initial intake of new opportunities through the lifecycle of the project. This position will partner with the Project Manager to organize and review each project thoroughly and carefully, ensuring they are defined and complete on time. The role is responsible for accurate system data and project communication throughout.
Responsibilities
- Serves as primary contact and source of information on projects for the Project Manager.
- Assists the Project Manager by helping solve problems, gathering and transmitting information as needed.
- May assist in taking project specs from Project Manager, requesting an estimate, and communicating the estimate to the Project Manager.
- Supports the project with the Project Manager, compares with estimate, and discusses any differences.
- Initiates job tickets if needed for Print.
- Receives and communicates any problems and changes to the Project Manager and makes necessary updates in D365.
- Keeps accurate records on all projects in D365.
- Inspects proofs (color, accuracy, registration, and part numbers) to ensure accuracy and sends to Project Managers/Clients for approval.
- Sets up press checks with Project Manager/customer if needed.

- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Self-motivation is a must.
- Ability to facilitate communication between Production Manager/Client personnel.
- Must be thorough and detail-oriented.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and modify plans as requirements change.
- Proven organization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically working with Mac-based products and formulas within Excel.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
- Ability to demonstrate and apply PD’s workplace values.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
- Prefer a 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Pay
$53,000.00 - $57,000.00 / Annually
Schedule
- First (Day) shift.
