About the role
The Project Coordinator provides full support to the Program and Project Managers by working closely to support action plans, resources, time frames, budgets for projects. They coordinate various tasks such as scheduling, administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, handling financial and general queries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment documentation and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met as project evolves
- Affording to prepare action plans using resources from time and budget projects
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality standards
- Affording to monitor the project progress and respond to issues as they arise
- Acting as a point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
- Working with project and program managers to eliminate project blockers
- Using tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses/expenditures
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedule and step by step action plans.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Work, Excel, Planner, Project).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
