Project Coordinator
What’s the Job?
Support Engineering and Operations teams by reviewing inspection reports, analyzing damage photos, and developing detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including PO submissions, approval tracking, scope changes, and closure after invoice processing.
Review vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies with project managers and suppliers, and ensure compliance with established service level agreements.
Maintain accurate financial tracking reports, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking documentation.
Provide operational and administrative support, including data clean-up, custom reporting, and investigation-related tasks across multiple systems.
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in operations support, project coordination, or administrative support within a technical or field-based environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and management.
- Experience working across multiple software platforms and business systems.
- Experience managing purchase orders, invoicing, financial tracking, or budget-related processes.
