Responsibilities
- Support proposal and project setup activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and staffing plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cook up and maintain relationships with Equipment and Procurement teams to secure vehicles, tools, and equipment needed for project execution.
- Aid in project cost tracking and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Project Managers to gather and maintain accurate project cost information.
- Track project schedule and cost performance for use in status reporting.
- Maintain consistency in project reporting across service areas.
- Support project reporting efforts utilizing Earned Value Management principles.
- Aid in project closeout activities and lessons learned documentation.
- Support field project kickoffs and collaborate with field teams as needed to better understand project scope, operations, and client needs.
- Manage smaller projects from initiation through closeout with support from Project Management leadership, including:
- Proposal development
- Budget and baseline schedule tracking
- Project requirements coordination (operator qualifications, equipment, reporting, etc.)
- Client and internal status updates
- Invoicing support
- Deliverable coordination and project closeout
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or executing field-based project work preferred.
- Interest in developing project management skills and experience.
- Basic understanding of integrity management and/or pipeline-related work scopes preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or executing field-based project work preferred.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 per year.
