Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency.
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Cook up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates.
- Aid in identifying process improvements and driving project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting project management or PMO functions.
- Familiarity with project management or process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, MS Project).
