Responsibilities
- Coordinate project-focused tasks with dependency management, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and track official travel role documentation, maintaining clear status updates for all project elements.
- Document project tracking with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for project-focused coordination.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the project workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in decision-making.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure project handoffs are complete by verifying exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination signals are current.

Pay
