Project Coordinator

Description Project Coordinator Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics. Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site. Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator: Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issuesMeeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issuesAttend weekly mechanical design review meetingsRelease engineering designsMaintain project timelinesParticipate in financial reviewsParticipate in internal and external buyoffs Requirements Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator: Working experience in one of the following:Hands on mechanical machine assemblyMechanical DesignEngineeringEducation in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical designProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and ExcelAble to communicate clearly both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplinesRecruiting Agencies without an existing Agreement with HTI Cybernetics are requested not to contact any hiring managers of HTI Cybernetics with recruiting inquiries or resumes***
