Key Responsibilities
- Cook and process project opportunities by efficiently reviewing and managing incoming documents and information, ensuring all critical details are captured to facilitate successful project execution across multiple teams.
- Input and maintain accurate project-related data within ERP, CRM, and other internal systems to optimize workflow efficiency and support real-time information access for all stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver detailed and competitive customer quotes, ensuring alignment with project scope and budgetary requirements while maintaining clear communication with internal/external partners.
- Foster and sustain continuous, effective communication channels with internal operations, sales teams, and customers to enhance collaboration and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline project processes, address potential challenges, and drive project milestones towards successful completion.
- Monitor and track project progress diligently, providing timely updates and insights to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Leverage advanced technology and software proficiencies to enhance project coordination efficiency, ensuring all systems and processes are fully aligned with organizational goals and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess robust organizational skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
- Display technological proficiency with an aptitude for navigating various software systems.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.
- Previous experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, or material takeoffs is preferred but not obligatory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Education
A Highschool Diploma or GED or equivalent to both education and experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field is required for the Project Coordinator position. Combined experience and education will be considered to satisfy this requirement.
Pay
The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $25.87 to $32.93 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
