Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as a key liaison between project managers, engineering, vendors, and customer sites to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
- Assists Project Managers in developing and maintaining work plans for each phase of a project.
- Supports procurement, logistics management, shipping status, and delivery tracking.
- Tracks open issues, risks and action items.
- Maintains project submittal documentation (drawings, RFIs, change logs, etc.)
- Supports coordination of project personnel activities to help ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Reviews status reports and supports updates to schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Captures and maintains project documentation.
- Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting notes and action items.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience
- 3 years project-related experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field or equivalent experience.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to management, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; and risk of electrical shock.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
