Project Coordinator
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Project Coordinator 12 month contract Pay Rate: $30-$34/hr Chesapeake, VA. Description: ... (that's responsibilities). Requirements: ... (education/experience). Also mentions advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, organizational skills, communication, etc. That could be Skills. Benefits: "ESPO has a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, Group Health and Dental Insurance, and 401k after you have satisfied the necessary waiting periods." That's benefits. Pay: "Pay Rate: $30-$34/hr". Schedule: Not mentioned (no schedule). So we can include About the role (maybe description?), Responsibilities (the description includes duties). Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if there is real specific content. We have content for About the role? The description includes role facilitation. Could treat the initial paragraph as About the role. Then Responsibilities could be the list of duties. Requirements: education/experience. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Might combine. But we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if distinct. The posting lists Requirements: Bachelor Degree... etc. Also mentions ability to work independently, demonstrating accuracy, reliability, organization and problem solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization. This position supports a federal project and is subject to federal drug-testing requirements. All candidates must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of engagement. Please ensure candidates are informed that federal requirements apply regardless of individual state laws related to drug use.
That could be Qualifications (skills, abilities). So we can have Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (skills, abilities, drug test). Skills could be separate: advanced knowledge of MS Office, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, multitasking. But that overlaps with Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we can combine into Qualifications and maybe not have Skills separate. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. No Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Project Coordinator
. Use About the role
etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Remove duplicated lines.
We need to extract content.
Let's parse the posting:
Title line: "Project Coordinator 12 month contract Pay Rate: $30-$34/hr Chesapeake, VA"
Then "Description:" then a long paragraph describing duties.
Then "Requirements:" then education/experience options.
Then after that: "Position requires ability to work independently, demonstrating accuracy, reliability, organization and problem solving skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization. This position supports a federal project and is subject to federal drug‐testing requirements. All candidates must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of engagement. Please ensure candidates are informed that federal requirements apply regardless of individual state laws related to drug use."
Then "ESPO Corporation www.espocorp.com 630-789-2525 View all open jobs at www.espocorp.com/jobs Leaders in Technical Recruiting & Staffing since 1965 ESPO has a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, Group Health and Dental Insurance, and 401k after you have satisfied the necessary waiting periods. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, or any other attribute or protected characteristic by law. We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we keep benefits sentence: "ESPO has a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, Group Health and Dental Insurance, and 401k after you have satisfied the necessary waiting periods." Also maybe keep the contact info? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Contact info like phone number and website might be considered navigation? Probably remove. The instruction says "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Contact info maybe minor metadata; we could drop it. But we might keep the benefits sentence only. Thus final HTML:
About the role

This position coordinates both externally and internally with clients and project management for providing solutions in executions of project and program needs. Facilitates the dissemination of information to vendors, suppliers, clients and project teams as part of the overall communications and project management process. Resolves questions regarding the project; research and provide appropriate answers. Prepare and present meeting notes, presentations and tables utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other programs. Manage project set-up preparation and compile documentation updates. Monitor projects deadlines and benchmarks and support presentation of monthly progress reports covering action items and progress updates. Plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings for the project. This may include: project orientation and training, stakeholder meetings, team meetings, periodic reviews, etc. Coordinate the required training programs and records for project personnel in conjunction with the corporate training department and project requirements to ensure compliance. Obtain physical sign off of project documents & maintain electronic and paper files. Verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements of bills/invoices, trip tickets and expense reports and process items in a timely manner. Administer project closeout activities. Compose project cost forecast updates. Run PPS reports. Establish priorities and deadlines on project deliverables. Develop procedures pertaining to internal project requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
But that is basically the description. Might be too long but okay. Then Responsibilities: maybe we can split the description into About the role (summary) and Responsibilities (list). However the description already includes duties. To avoid duplication, we could treat About the role as a brief summary: "The Project Coordinator facilitates engineering and construction projects by collaborating with the Project Manager and project team; providing and presenting administrative project information. This position coordinates externally and internally with clients and project management to provide solutions for project and program execution." Then Responsibilities as a bullet list of duties. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details. If we split, we must ensure we don't lose any detail. We can keep the full description in Responsibilities as a list, and About the role can be a short summary that doesn't omit details but is just a summary; but that would be summarizing, which might be considered inventing or summarizing away detail? The instruction: "Do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Summarizing could be considered summarizing away detail. Safer to keep the full description as Responsibilities and not have About the role (or have About the role be just a short phrase that doesn't lose detail? That would be summarizing). Better to have only Responsibilities section and maybe About the role omitted. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities (the description). We have Requirements (education/experience). We have Qualifications (skills, abilities, drug test). We have Benefits. We have Pay. So we can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. No About the role. Thus output:Responsibilities
