Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Supervisor in the daily management of products available in the Canadian market (excess reports, expiration dates, availability reports, etc.)
  • Contribute to problem-solving related to order delays and/or shipping issues
  • Provide sales reports during promotional periods
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to implement strategies, promotions, and offers based on inventory availability and/or sales results
  • Ensure effective communication between Corporate Headquarters and Wellness Advocates, including drafting and updating communications via Team App
  • Provide monthly sales reports and ensure follow-up related to rank advancements and recognition
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager team on various projects (month-end: backdating, anniversary promotions, etc.)
  • Produce the monthly sales newsletter for Wellness Advocates in the Canadian market
  • Support the Sales team with the execution of corporate events (e.g., product requisitions)
  • Provide various support to the VP of Sales (e.g., preparing reports based on preferred sales tactics)
  • Develop Canva presentations
  • Build strong relationships with Wellness Advocates
  • Organize conference calls and distribute call notes
  • Aid in other projects and responsibilities as needed

    Job Qualifications

    • 1+ years of relevant experience
    • Ability to establish positive, collaborative, and effective professional relationships
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, address concerns, and solve problems strategically
    • Strong understanding of dōTERRA’s operational environment and ability to manage priorities effectively
    • Experience in the direct selling industry and customer service is an asset
    • Proficiency in DataTrax, Tableau (training provided), Excel, and Canva, with availability to work full-time
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
