Job Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Supervisor in the daily management of products available in the Canadian market (excess reports, expiration dates, availability reports, etc.)
- Contribute to problem-solving related to order delays and/or shipping issues
- Provide sales reports during promotional periods
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to implement strategies, promotions, and offers based on inventory availability and/or sales results
- Ensure effective communication between Corporate Headquarters and Wellness Advocates, including drafting and updating communications via Team App
- Provide monthly sales reports and ensure follow-up related to rank advancements and recognition
- Collaborate with the Account Manager team on various projects (month-end: backdating, anniversary promotions, etc.)
- Produce the monthly sales newsletter for Wellness Advocates in the Canadian market
- Support the Sales team with the execution of corporate events (e.g., product requisitions)
- Provide various support to the VP of Sales (e.g., preparing reports based on preferred sales tactics)
- Develop Canva presentations
- Build strong relationships with Wellness Advocates
- Organize conference calls and distribute call notes
- Aid in other projects and responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to establish positive, collaborative, and effective professional relationships
- Strong written communication skills
- Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, address concerns, and solve problems strategically
- Strong understanding of dōTERRA’s operational environment and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Experience in the direct selling industry and customer service is an asset
- Proficiency in DataTrax, Tableau (training provided), Excel, and Canva, with availability to work full-time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
