Project Coordinator
Description
The Project Coordinator is an Anchorage-based position supporting Delta’s construction teams. This position will work side by side with a variety of other positions, from the senior management teams of Delta’s clients to Delta’s entry-level craft personnel. Versatility, technical skills, organizational skills, and diplomacy, are all required.

Essential Job Functions
- Aid the Project Management Team by writing daily reports and scrubbing transmittals, schedules, and equipment inventory.
- Aid the Project Engineering Team by taking photos, gathering information for RFI's, materials tracking, tag fabrication, and providing low-level technical support to Delta’s field personnel.
- Assist the Field Teams on an ad-hoc basis with expediting materials.
- Review subcontractor daily reports and vet against invoices as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Superintendent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred.
- Engineering or Project Management degrees are of particular interest.
- 9mo or more of experience outside of school, involving heavy industry, construction, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or similar.
- Proven fluency with computers is required, including ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Current and valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record required.
