Project Coordinator

Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to see projects through from beginning to end
• Take minutes at meetings, receive and file project documents, create and maintain project schedules, create responsibility lists for those involved in the project, and compile summaries
• Keep track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls, and contracts
• Work closely with project manager to ensure that project objectives are met
• May require knowledge of workflow or strategy software, such as Microsoft Project and creating presentations in PowerPoint
• Track and report on required Financial Planning and CE course(s) and exam completions and failures using a third-party vendor site and ServiceNow
• Communicate course completions and failures to individuals
• Ensure individuals have access to the training
• Reply to service requests and provide service and support
• Track the status of legal reviews of training and help to clear the current backlog

Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail (this position is hyper-focused on data and reporting, and there is no room for error)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a variety of internal stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Ability to proactively find answers to questions and understand when to escalate questions or circumstances
• Strong MS Excel skills, particularly as it relates to database management
• ServiceNow experience is preferred

Pay

The pay range for this role is $27.54/hr to $30.89/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
