Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers. Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Analysts with the planning, executing, and monitoring of strategic initiativesMaintain project schedules, milestones, status reports, risks, issues, and action logsCoordinate meetings, governance reviews, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items and ensure timely follow-upPrepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive communicationsManage document repositories, SharePoint sites, and project recordsSupport stakeholder communications and cross-functional collaborationAssist with resource planning, and portfolio reportingSupport vendor activities including RFPs, contracts, budget tracking, and invoice managementPrepare and maintain presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and team communicationsProvide administrative support including calendar management and logistics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, related field, or equivalent experience2–5 years of project coordination or business analysis experienceStrong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and time-management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and project management toolsExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of project management methodologies and practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approachesKnowledge of business and data analysis principles and techniques, including requirements elicitation, process and data mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirementsKnowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk, issue, action item, and status reporting processesKnowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot (or similar AI-enabled tools), as well as Jira (or similar issue-tracking applications) and project management softwareAbility to manage competing deadlines using strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to define issues, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and apply analytical thinking to business situationsAbility to build collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders, foster cooperation and information sharing, and effectively work in a team environment while providing appropriate follow-upAbility to develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and communications tailored to various audiencesAbility to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly and effectively incorporates them into daily workAbility to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse membership, employees and/or vendors in a clear and precise mannerAbility to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and to operate various office equipment such as personal computer, copier, printer, fax machine or other job-related equipmentAbility to provide service excellence by building relationships, being resourceful, responsive and respectful Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday and vendor invoice processingExperience supporting a PMO, Analysis team, or strategic programsExperience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsCertifications:Actively pursuing PMP, ECBA, CCBA, or similar certification The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
