Project Coordinator
Location: NJ-Raritan, Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across multiple Commercial Technology and Sales Operations initiatives, including areas such as inventory management, sales compensation, and related commercial capabilities
- Support a Senior Director with day-to-day coordination, prioritization, follow-up, and visibility across key initiatives
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
- Drive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and project activities are completed on schedule
- Prepare project status updates, meeting materials, summaries, and leadership communications
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, capture action items, and ensure appropriate follow-through
- Gather and document business requirements, processes, and stakeholder needs as required
- Work across business, product, and technology teams to facilitate communication and resolve gaps or blockers
- Develop and maintain project trackers, documentation, presentations, and other working materials
- Provide flexible support across workstreams as priorities evolve
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO, product operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management fundamentals with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Experience tracking deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and project status
- Ability to gather information from stakeholders and translate discussions into clear documentation and next steps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with senior leaders
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to identify what needs to happen next and drive follow-through
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams; experience with project management or Agile tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in an environment where responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, sales operations, product, or technology organizations is preferred
- Life sciences, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required
Pay
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
