Nature of Work
Support and assist the project management team in assuring timely and profitable project completion. Assist with schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittals, and reports. Maintain job records and files. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and administer project management documentation that may include submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc.
- Affiliate project manager with budgeting, tracking, billings, and projecting job costs
- Cooordinat and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely and profitable project completion.
- Maintain all job records and files; assists with archiving project documentation upon completion of project
- Develop operations and maintenance manuals, as required.

- Ability to learn and use a variety of company-related software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs.
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 2 years or more of related work experience preferred.
Other technical experience
- May meet this requirement as determined by local management.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Normal office environment.
- Frequent activity: sitting, viewing and typing on computer screen.
- Occasional activity: standing, walking, bending, reaching above shoulder.
