Responsibilities

• Juggle multiple deadline‑driven projects (timelines, scheduling, training, reporting, data entry)
• Act as the go‑to escalation point for client concerns, especially billing and service issues
• Review spreadsheets and reports for accuracy and errors
• Lead daily stand‑ups and coordinate across teams
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with clients to executives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management and/or customer service experience
• Preferred background in utility, telecom, or waste industries
• Experience with Engie Impact in a client‑facing role is a bonus (6+ months preferred)

Skills

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead daily stand‑ups and coordinate cross‑functional teams

Pay

Target annual compensation range: $18.75 – $25.00 – $28.00 (min – mid – max). Competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) also part of the package.
