About the Role
ALIGN Austin Architects, an award-winning architecture and design studio specializing in luxury custom residential and select commercial projects, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our in-office team in Austin, TX. This full-time role is ideal for an early-career architect or emerging professional who wants hands-on experience supporting projects from design development through construction in a collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable workplace.
Responsibilities
- Support residential or commercial projects from design development through construction
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents and drawing sets
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors
- Help track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
- Participate in design discussions, reviews, and problem-solving
- Learn best practices for project coordination and client communication
Requirements
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture
- 2–4 years of experience in an architecture firm
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Working knowledge of construction documents and drawing standards
Qualifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (beneficial)
- Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset
