About the role
As a Project Coordinator in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity.
- Work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.
Requirements
- Expertise: Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. General understanding of project management preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written communications skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
- Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective working individually and within team environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- General understanding of project management.
