Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Project Coordinator in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity.
• Work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Requirements

• Expertise: Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. General understanding of project management preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communications skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective working individually and within team environments.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of project management.
