What You'll Do

  • Field and route contract inquiries
  • Manage contract lifecycle: reviews, approvals, execution, tracking, and compliance
  • Cook up documentation and compliance across internal teams and vendors
  • Liaise between vendors, contract owners, and SMEs; verify documentation meets standards
  • Evaluate vendor materials; follow up on gaps, escalate concerns
  • Research vendors via AI; assess terms, due diligence, and breach history
  • Log correspondence in Anet; track updates and timelines
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Oversee Emergency Response Plan: updates, testing, supplies, reviews
  • Provide administrative support for leadership and Board
  • Maintain intranet/extranet content, policy and executive file databases; coordinate reviews and reports, and track timelines and reminders
  • Support executive/Board meetings: packets, presentations, research
  • Aid Internal Audit and CUSO/ROC tasks
  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—foster strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners
  • Champion a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union's mission and values

Requirements

  • High school diploma and prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, legal support, project coordination or a related business function preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional approval workflows involving legal, compliance, Information Security, Risk Management and third-party providers preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to interact with management, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to adhere to occasional non-traditional office hours
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Pay

$23.00-$28.00 per hour, based on qualifications.

Schedule

This hybrid role is a 90-day temp-to-hire position at our corporate office.
