Project Coordinator

About the role

ABW Appliances is a family-owned business founded in 1968, known for its high-end service and luxury appliances. Currently, they are expanding their retail presence and are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the time of sale.
• Coordinate all aspects of the delivery and installation from start to finish.
• Communicate and maintain contact with customers and coworkers regarding the status of projects.
• Responsible for working on multiple projects at one time.
• Respond to emails and calls from customers including answering the department’s call group.
• Enter job notes into Homesource.
• Process credit card payments and forward check payments to Accounting.
• Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in residential home improvement (kitchen and bath remodeling a plus).
• Experience with Google Workspace and/or Office 365 products.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and deal with uncertainty.
• Establish priorities; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; and work well in group problem solving situations.
• Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism.
• Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
• Able to multi-task and have solid organizational skills.
• Able to actively listen to customer needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: M-F (8 hours per day), Rotating Saturdays

• The Pay Range For This Role Is 48,000 - 52,000 USD per year (Headquarters)
