Responsibilities

  • Compile job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projects
  • Prepare project progress billings
  • Prepare client progress updates
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Perform performance analysis and forecasting
  • Update and review change management, forecast, and progress updates in Viewpoint
  • Support project management with project reporting requirements
  • Assist and train project management in the use of PM/Controls tools
  • Work independently on complex assignments
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
  • Certification from Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi), Project Management Institute (PMI), or related industry institute preferred
  • Up to 15% travel (e.g., 3.5 days/month) by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, and public transportation; ability to lodge in public facilities
  • Must have the ability to drive and possess proper licensing

Working Environment

  • When visiting jobsites, exposure to hazards or physical risks may occur, requiring adherence to basic safety precautions
  • May involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises

Pay

$87,000 - $120,000 / year, commensurate with experience
