Support the strategic planning and PM execution of the CRE Project Delivery teams’ regional programs, projects and global initiatives

Support the strategic planning and PM execution of the CRE Project Delivery teams’ regional programs, projects and global initiatives including:

Cost analysis
Schedule development
Procurement strategies
Manage relationships with eco-system of client partners, vendors & GC’s
Vendor partner relationship management - e.g. global partners like PTS, Arup, IA, TECOM, etc.
Vendor partners relationship and commercial management - companies that are perhaps more local and project specific - GC etc…

Provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis

Provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis to help support and validate implementation strategies for CRE projects.

Bi-Weekly coordination and liaison with CRE Global HQ team(s)

Bi-Weekly coordination and liaison with CRE Global HQ team(s) on strategies, and pipeline scope etc.

Support program reporting, presentations and communications

Manage project delivery scope and execution planning

Manage project delivery scope and execution planning of multiple projects, including Capex/OpX or “small works” TI fit out projects in various locations across the regional geography.

Travel will be on an as needed basis

Support the admin and data analysis of the Global and Regional Resource Planning

Support the admin and data analysis of the Global and Regional Resource Planning, and support alignment of the resource plan with analytics of the pipeline, scope, schedule etc.

Support the preparation of project business case scenarios

Support the preparation of project business case scenarios (low, medium, high)

Own the relationship with the regional market teams

Own the relationship with the regional market teams to ensure timely on-boarding of C&W variable resources as needed

Establish account best practice, provide weekly tracking, progress and reporting for all programs, projects and initiatives

Design standards & guidelines: Support the maintenance, development and ongoing documentation of standards and guidelines including architectural, MEP, FF&E and IT/AV.
Main accountable team is SPO.
Clock with sublease management team and lease administration for decommissioning processes as they relate to the Project Delivery team
Responsible for maintaining and communicating the innovations program decisions and next steps

Compensation: $ 132,100.20 - $155,412.00
