Project Controls Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Project Controls Manager to oversee financial reporting and forecasting, change management, scheduling, document control, and project administration. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial reporting and forecasting
• Manage change management processes
• Lead scheduling activities
• Handle document control and project administration
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with contract administration and construction/engineering resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy construction experience, including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
• Working proficiency in Primavera Software
• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience

Pay

Salary range: USD $104,075.00 – $150,000.00 per year
