Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business or other related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 15 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects.
- Previous project controls experience on a large-scale, multi-million dollar construction project required.
- Experience on a large-scale aviation project is required.
- Experience evaluating and reporting on at least two types of Alternative Delivery methods is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with industry PMIS systems such as PMweb, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Experience with Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher is desirable.
Compensation
$150,000 - $175,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
