Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects.
- Responsible for helping to ensure EVM and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Implement and manage EVM processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
- Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies.
- Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams.
- Identify impactful schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies.
Education and Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with P6 scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application.
- Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & LOCATION DETAILS
- Active DOE Q Clearance.
- Albuquerque, New Mexico – onsite position.
- Period of performance – 6/2026 to 6/2029.
